- Rental is from 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Post-Season: September 4th – October 8th
- Rental is from 8:30 AM – 3 PM
All safety equipment (as designated by the PA Fish and Boat Commission) is provided.

- Lessee and All Drivers must be 21 years of age and present valid boater safety certification or receive a temporary boater safety certificate by watching a 15 minute safety video and quiz upon completion.
- Reservations are accepted only with a deposit paid in advance. Cash, certified checks, money orders, travelers checks, and Visa or Mastercard or Discover credit cards are accepted.
- Deposits must be paid before the rental equipment is taken out. No personal checks accepted. Deposit is applied to rental rate.
- Our rental day is from 8:30a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pre & Post season and 8:30a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in season.
- All rental units are subject to 6% state sales tax and terms of the boat lease.
- All fuel and oil used on rental units must be paid at check-out.
- Any damages to our boat during your rental (including propellers) must be paid for upon check out.
- No drugs permitted aboard.
- No stoves or grills permitted on pontoon boats.
- Dogs are permitted on pontoons, Pet fee is $25 per day per dog up to 2 dogs. Additional fee, up to $100 may apply, depending upon cleanliness of boat upon return.
- Pontoons are not permitted to travel past mile marker 15. This includes Nancy’s Boat to Shore Campground and Raystown Resort.
- Rental insurance is mandatory and non-refundable
Cancellation Policy: You are permitted to change the date of your reservation within the current season provided you contact us by 4PM the day prior to your rental. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. With a 48 hour notice prior to reservation date and you wish to cancel all together, $200 of the deposit will be returned. If you choose to cancel your reservation without notice, there is no refund.
